| My Pretty Baby - Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product/s or have any other complaints about them, please email first to inform us of the problem. Returned items will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order unworn and in the original packaging. Either a refund or credit note will be provided at the Company's discretion. If your goods prove to be faulty, we will provide an exchange or full refund as requested if the goods have not been used. Please return proof of purchase with the returned goods. Unfortunately postage and packing costs cannot be refunded We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
